Sports Force Parks and GLIAC Announce Multi-Year Partnership
Sandusky, OH (August 3, 2017) – Sports Force Parks at Cedar Point Sports Center, a 57-acre tournament facility, and the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) have signed a multi-year partnership agreement. GLIAC is made up of teams that stretch as far north as the Upper Peninsula of Michigan down to Ashland University and Tiffin University in Ohio. As part of this partnership, GLIAC will host several events throughout the season at Sports Force Parks including the conference championship tournaments for baseball and softball.
“We are very pleased to start a new partnership with Sports Force Parks and provide our student-athletes with a state-of-the-art venue to host championships," comments GLIAC Commissioner Kris Dunbar.
The softball championships will be held May 4th-6th, 2018 and the baseball championships will be held May 10th-13th, 2018. Additionally, Sports Force Parks will host baseball and softball exhibition games and accompanying events the weekend of September 16th-17th, 2017 that will be open to the public (participating teams TBD).

Sports Force Parks at Cedar Point Sports Center opened in March 2017 and
hosts youth tournaments, sports camps and events for children with disabilities
on the park’s ADA accessible field. Timing and details for all events will be
